Forced Disconnects after ignored mounting button

Regularly, I cannot mount in PvP on PS4.
The mount button then simply does not work at all.
In this moment, there is no fight, all other keys do work, there also is no message like "cannot ride now".
The mount button just is completely ignored.
I then have to press the mount key again and again for 1-2 minutes until it works.
But sometimes even pressing the mount key again and again does not work:
The game then disconnects me because of "too many events", and I have to login again.
Then I have to get into the PvP queue again, often waiting 30 mins again to get a free PvP seat.
This way, the refused mount key can cost up to 30 mins of my play time.
WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN?
If the button is recognized ("too many events"), why is it completely ignored?
The mount button then simply does not work at all.
