    The game had already been nerfed so much that for an average player ESO is way to easy, not speaking how it feel for a skilled player!! ESO need to offer some option to turn up the difficulty, And I'd go as far as offering a honnestly VERY HARD mode for skilled players with lots of Champion point.

    In my mind it would be :
    • Easy (like now)
    • Normal ( challenging for average player)
    • Veteran ( challenging for skilled player)
    • Hardcore (very challenging for skilled player. Aimed for TOP players)

    I like that in theory! Just 2 points that should be minded

    1. Simply increason monster health or damage is a boring scaling mechanic. If there are harder difficulties, enemies should act smarter or use new/more abilities.
    2. The higher difficulties should yield appropriate rewards. I've also seen MMOs where the highest difficulty only mad it harder to get your standard loot. That is not fun, either.

    I know that a lot of people think that the game difficulty has been nerfed into the ground, and that this is bad. I feel that this action is the result of data gleaned from the game as much as from comments from players, if not more so. In the game, if they are collecting the proper data, they can see how many characters die in combat with dungeon and world bosses. They have a boss scaling system already that auto-nerfs the boss if a player has been unsuccessful too many times. If they have that data, they can easily see whether their game is too hard, simply based on how many failures they are seeing. This would be something measurable and objective. People in the forum saying the game is too easy or too hard is all subjective.

    As easy as we might think it is right now, there are people out there who are likely thinking this game is too hard. They may not be well represented on the forum. They may just play the game and give up before they can figure out how to pick armor, and remember to upgrade it, and decide on what skills to use. Making the game easier for those players should be a goal.

    I would suggest that any difficulty slider, used anywhere in the game, would have settings easier than what we have today.

    The idea of difficulty slider actually might be way more important than you think. But if it takes years to implement better not.
    Lets say we have 3 diff settings. Easy, Normal, Hard. Remember the game is mostly SOLO. And most people want it that way.
    - You can try solo on all 3 diff settings. Casuals are happy. Skilled players are happy. Pro players are happy.
    - Do you wanna play with a friend? Then play on normal or hard for some extra challenge.
    - You want two friends? Set the slider to hard.
    - Do you want to play with a friend but on some hard mode? Then set the difficulty higher and so on...
    Downside of this. My idea mean that for each of the difficulty setting you need a dedicated zone. So that mean 3x or even more versions of Tamriel.

    My whishes?
    1. Stable performance and better graphics. I really hope that LOD bug will go away or the untextured characters.

    3. 4. 5. Probably won't make their come this year but at least i would love to hear they will be worked on:

    - A dwemer expansion pack. (I have a feeling Clockwork City will go in a different direction than the one I would want. :)

    1) Significant performance improvement in Cyrodiil.
    2) Some way to make ball groups totally inviable (perhaps removing AOE caps).
    3) More frequent but small balance changes updates (small changes are better so you don't break certain skills or classes).
    4) More elemental based skills to pick from besides those from destro staff and classes skills.
    5) Less grind (no more 150 ingots for a piece of armor for the love of god).

    Aside from fixing all performance issues, bugs, tooltips, and so forth which i assume they are doing anyway ill focus on content and QoL changes:

    1) Changes to CP and game mechanics to allow for a tweak to class and skill balances that brings magicka and stamina on a par for both PvP and PvE, as well as a bit more balance between light/medium/heavy armor

    2) overhaul of monster helms to make the 1 piece bonuses vary and the 2 piece bonuses on a par with similar sets (buff and include more sets for roles particularly healer)

    3) More content but this time make sure it doesnt exclude players who have focused on specific 'Roles'. (eg. maelstrom is a dps race at times. No point denying it. And that's unfairly biased and poor design.)

    4)more dwemer ruins/cities Im thinking along the lines of Blackreach in skyrim. The first time you see that place you're just like:

    5)An eta on when the gear level (vet 16/cp160) is planned to be raised?

    People think that changing/editing a game is simple process. It's not lol
    Especially for big game companies, where everything have to be presented first, discussed, it must be in accordance with company policy etc...

    A clear NO from me to this way of swapping "race", because what you want is swapping racial skills and not race - that is a totally different thing. When you swap race you take all from it or you don't swap, that is how I see it.

Adaptive armors - like in SWTOR - give us a choice of what we prefer to wear - either non-adaptive from questing or crafting - or adaptive version of existing armors with mods inside that influence of the character's strenght/hp or with applying some unique improvement system that woudl easily put the armor to new levels without crafting new ones, it could use materials to improve, like in Skyrim.

    3. More packs with unique marketable items, which subscribers can buy for crowns and then could sell in guild stores for gold - let them be available not only to subscribers. This way you give more ways to earn gold for the subscribers and give more fun from game for non-subs, and you earn more $$$ from subs. Why there are so many cartel market items on swtor Galactic Trade Market, why so many people constantly buy packs for real money/CC and sell tons of stuff on GTN? This is a true potential of earning real gold/crowns/bucks.

    4. More more more mounts! Non-subs can run the whole game and all characters only on those damn horses, why? Please release the subscribers from the inability to sell items from packs for gold to non-subs. Make a new ways for bussiness.
    Make new versions of mounts, and/or - give us the ability to use various unique dyes on the mounts, just like we do with armors. Race unique dyes, like tribal motifs, paintings etc. Btw. being non-sub in SWTOR I can buy so many different unique mounts on GTN, and Bioware does not limit me just because I didn't paid for the game. In fact their system of "giving the ability to non-subscribers" actually encourages me to pay. ESO system discourages.

    5. Proffessional Guild Strongholds - real place to gather and meet/socialize/train new guildies, with their own access to guild bank and guild stores. An unique place where people want to visit often to meet other guildies and make some activities - make a player vs player dueling arenas with guild audience that could give GMs ability to organise special events with prizes for the winner - be creative :).


    I'm not sure about the idea of scaling player's lvl to area he actually scouts, it was questionable when it was presented in swtor, and I'm still not convinced is it good or bad. Good, because we can no longer (without boss-strong companions like in swtor) increase our lvl few times to return back to previous maps to kill solo all world bosses and anchors, but then it would hamper soloing those areas for people who prefer eso mostly as single player game (like me). Maybe it's good idea that would socialize this mmo game better, forcing ppl to play in groups more often...

    Why? There is absolutely no reason whatsoever why an Imperial, Nord or Orc, or Elf for that matter, shouldn't be able to use a spear. In fact, the only spears in game are the ones used by Elven NPCs in Auridon, and throwing spears carried by Imperials (and Dunmer?) in Cheydinhal in Cyrodiil
