Xbox one: ingame mail

Greetings I have a question, about the in-game mail system for Xbox version of eso.. I keep see mail icon at the top right of my screen, . every time i go to ingame mail there nothing there at all. how long does take to get mail? is there a fast way to get it like relog .

Sometimes it's a bugged out mail icon you're seeing from when you last had mail and cleared it from your inbox and the game hasn't "recognized" this yet. Other times, you're waiting on mail, get the icon, but nothing is there. Logging out then in will resolve that, or wayshrining to a different zone will do this as well. However, most times, if you're seeing the icon with no mail, it's just bugged and there's not actually anything waiting for you. Log out and back in and it should resolve the issue.
