Tamriel foundry is a dieing site unfortunately...there's not many, deltias online gaming, and you tube. Or eso reddit forums. If you need build help do a "search" on these forums you'll find somthing

Blabafat has a great forum post running through skills, gear and all his recommendations. It's not a build setup, it's just a thorough explanation of effective skills that lets you experiment and find a play style.
