Does Sanguine's Black Goat really whisper to you?

Does it whisper or do anything else cool? I'd really like to buy it if so, but I don't want to blow my Crowns on some average, non-whispering goat.

jimmulvaney✭✭✭I dunno about whispering but I have heard what sounds like undead or a bloodfiend when I go through way shrines (in town) and it just so happens his eyes start doing this!... Creeped me the hell out the first time I saw it, but now it happens so randomly that I am pleasantly excited when it does happen!

Wolfenbelle✭✭✭✭✭My goat's eyes glowed for the first time last night. Way cool. I love the goat because I can always hear it doing something...running to keep up with me, baaing, eating. Maybe there's really a goat demon in there whispering although I'm not really sure about that, lol.

✭✭✭It does whisper but you have to be positioned correctly.
I heard it because I'm always draped over it's back, with my ear down by its face.2 -

✭✭✭✭✭The goat does whisper, but only while your character is offline.
It talks to them while they are sleeping between quests... giving them ideas... influencing them... pretty soon you will notice your characters doing things all on their own.
It will start small... a step when you did not tap the button, a pause when you wanted them to attack, grabbing loot you wanted to leave behind, or using a different skill then the one you tapped... but over time it will get worse. They will start attacking small critters on the road, offering up their entrails as sacrifice... then they will start picking their own choice from the dialouge window... and buying drinks in the bar all on their own, getting their drink buff when you wanted them to use a food buff... and then they will start talking back to you, going into different directions then you wanted them to, and making snarky remarks whenever you try to get back control.
Until the dreaded day when you log into ESO, and your characters have vanished, running through the game world as sanguine cultist NPCs... plotting to find a way to get back through the monitor, and muder your soul in your sleep, so they can possess your body and start on opening the real world to deadric influences for their master Sanguine!
So, get rid of the goat NOW, before it is too late!
