Queen Ayrenn won't give quest "To Velyn Harbour"

I finished the quest "Striking at the Heart" yesterday, and Queen Ayrenn didn't give me a follow-up quest. I figured I was too low levelled or something but apparently I'm meant to get To Velyn Harbour now, and it's a level 31 quest. I'm level 36 and Queen Ayrenn only speaks a line of dialogue about the green lady and the silvenar and all I can say is goodbye. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    I can't speak to this quest specifically.. but a lot of the questlines just kind of "end" and you have to ride to the next town/region to find a new quest giver. Usually these people are standing near the entrances to the next town.

    I've looked all over Velyn Harbour, but I finished all of the quests there before finishing the AD quests in Greenshade. There's no one there to get quests from D:

    Do you use the Destinations add on to see a quest marker over her, but when you try to get that quest nothing indicates that there is a quest there?

    If so, I used to get bugged by these quest markers in the Destinations add, but believe that there might be different ways to get and complete a quest, you (and I ) took another path, but the quest marker still remains in Destinations.

    One would wish that Destinations kept some sort of tracking of these alternate quest(s) / quest givers and removed them. I think I've spent hours in total running around trying to get to a quest giver that seems to only be present as an alternative to another path.

    I'm on Xbox One, so no add ons, unless you mean some sort of in-game thing.

    That's why you don't have To Velyn Harbour. If you complete the quests in a location before being sent to that location, the pointer quest to send you there will not be available. To pick up the story again, you'll need to find the place you got to in the Malabal Tor story chain after Velyn Harbour.
