Hi,

My friend with account name Infernusdrake, has called numerous times and has also submitted a request to have his account fixed. His ticket number is 160103-000555.

Could this please be rectified asap.

    Sounds to me like he either bought gold or tried another shortcut not allowed by the game... Or, maybe his account was hijacked. Either way.. posting in the forums about it wont help any at all.

    Power level to CP160 in a week:

    Ah perfectly reasonable then. People pay for a game expecting to be able to play and are unable to contact anyone in terms of support just to fix an account issue.

    When a person calls multiple times, fills out support tickets and his friend posts an email on a forum to get one response after almost a week of trying and is informed that everyone in a game studio is on holidays, that's terrible customer support.

    Zenimax should partner with Ubisoft.
