Khajiit Magicka NB Crit Build/Champ Points Help

So I am using Khajiit for the stealth 10% bonus, I am wondering how to divide my champion points between spell crit and base magic damage. I am using 5 julianos and 4 twighlights embrace or 4 of some other (magicka/recovery set) I love playing stealth and I think khajiit make the best gankers, but I am magicka - I do have a stam nb as well, but my magicka is my fav, so any help you guys can provide as to what will be more effective or less effective is greatly appreciated. i am using dual wield and resto staff. have trained destro and 2H as well currently V10 soon to be V16 with will power accessories.

Put 30 into the tree with elf born to get 12 percent crit passive then max thaumaturge.

is the formula for Max Magicka builds, but is it the same for a Spell Crit build? - khajiit get a 10% bonus for that first sneak attack - i dont know but i also assume we get 10% for going back in cloak and then attacking from stealth again -
So I am wondering i have it split between thaumaturge and elf born - Can you confirm this is wrong for Crit Builds?
