@ZoS [bug] Simulacrum of Molag Bal bugged in 2 campaigns last night

I brought some of my guys down into the sewers to look for hakijo last night.
All 3 of big Bal's portals were shiny blue with no mobs in Haderus. Had canter has been like this for a long time now.
We went to Trueflame, cleared the first two center portals, and the third bugged on spawn.
The event worked in Azura, and we got two hakeijo. #kindofworth
