Additional Character Slots - Can Any Dev Answer Please

All things on the "Maybe" list. They would make a ton of money from crowns if they offered these. But like any ZOS decision, they have to take a year to deliberate and let people get tired of the game and quit first before they implement it.

Barbershop is definitely in the works and is confirmed, but I believe they shot down the possibility of class changes, which I can understand. Imagine being VR16 and you change classes... guess what... all your class skills are now ZERO. You'd now have to go through and re-level a completely new set of class skills while gaining NO XP on any content you are over five levels above, so you'd have to level it all at high level... perhaps grinding in 'battle leveled' areas would be easier... however, it doesn't sound like a lot of fun to me.

I used to ask for this all the time until a sale came along and I bought a second account. Now I don't care so much.

...8 more slots + a 2nd bank + mailing between accounts.

Yes there are some minuses such as no Champion points on the second account and needing 2 subs for access to all DLC, etc. But it satisfies my inner altoholic.

This is my issue with it, I like characters I can play, not just extra space, if I was to buy a 2nd account I would only pay a one off and want the same DLC's and all the CP I have on main account. I can't afford to pay double what I do now for the 1-2 character slots I need and simply don't have the time investment to farm 1-501 CP again

Totally agree as well.

I'd love to buy a second account, I have been on the fence about it since the price got lowered however I don't have the time to get my CPs up on that second account nor would I have the money to buy DLCs/sub.

I just have too many build/character ideas I want to try.

i have no details, but, to be fair, if you have time to make another char, you should be able to make one.
I would say, at the same rate CP points are raised, it would make sense for you yo be able to make a new hero!

Well, I guess we're all still waiting on a non existent response. It seems they won't even give us an estimate - I don't even care if it's accurate!

I just want a response as to when... that will push me to either buy that second account or wait. If they say Q1 or Q2, then I am waiting... if they say "it's in our plans but not sure" then I'll buy the second account. I couldn't care less about the amount the additional spots will cost. I would like to know when is this coming... because I have heard conflicting information.

I considered buying a second account but the grind for CP is bad the double cost is another but the thing that really stops me is trying to farm for certain gear more that once, it's hard enough to get items once let alone multiple times

Hadn't even considered I would have to farm stuff like Spell Power Cure again... that's just put me off forever!

Of course they won't give us that. They've learned that if they say anything - even if it's just an estimate - then if it doesn't end up being rolled out exactly the way they said, people will cry "ZOS lied again!!!" on the forums.

Just buy a 2nd Account. It will take them 5 years to get those additional char slots in the game believe me

Yeah. It's mindboggling really. They would make a fortune implementing these things sooner instead of dragging it out like they do with everything.
