Sorc. Hunt Leader Set Build

Hi all. I like to try out something different with my Redguard stamina Sorcerer, and make a PvE pet "Hunter" build using the Hunt Leader Set and bow.
http://elderscrollsonline.wiki.fextralife.com/Hunt+Leader+Set
Right now i mainly use the Clannfear to tank and hold aggro and then spam bow skill for dps. and it works well for me.

So the question is where do the Hunt Leader Set drop as i seen some people say Maelstrom Arena and others say Old Orsinium Public Dungeons.. So where have you seen it drop?

So how would you make a build like this and what skills would you use.
Also i know you sure can make better and stronger builds but i like to try something new :)

It drops in Maelstrom Arena, as early as stage 1 although if you want jewelry parts they come from stage 8 and 9 only.

Fyi, this set is terrible i got a whole set from maelstrom tried it out on my stam nb the returns are so small literally not even noticeable.

But to top it off this set has a cooldown that was the breaking point 4 me

But both the things u listed plus treasure chest in ic and wrothgar drop these sets
    CP-750 orc nighblade ebonheart NA
    Dark elf sorc ebonheart
    Orc templar
    Dark elf Dragon knight
    Redguard warden

I'm really surprised by that, the set returns more than siphoning attacks, and I notice a huge difference in my sustain between when siphoning is up and when it's not.

I think it does, as well as the animated weapon from the morkuldin set and the daedroth from the undaunted set.

Siphon has a tick thats ten percent and basic attacks restore stam magic too, this set procs once then cooldowns 5seconds then u must wait onother 5seconds 4 it to procs again it gives 1100 stam 2100 health.

More than likely you already killed whatever you attacking in 10-15sec which means 2 procs that total a grand total of 2k stam 4k health... You also must realizes this set is max stam, max stam, wep damage I believe and so many other sets offer way better bonuses (essence thief wgt) but to each their own and im all for trying new sets i hate cookie cutter builds

Yeah I posted a thread asking the same kinds of questions last week. It *could* be a fun set with some basic changes...

The bonus would be great if it was bigger or had no cool-down. Pets don't attack rapid-fire, and the bonus is small, so, the configuration makes zero sense.

"Gain 1216 Stamina and 1252 Health when your pets attack an enemy you have also attacked recently. Can occur once per 5 seconds." ??? ??? Why? Even with two pets and using AoE to tag mobs, very blah (243.2 stamina and 250.4 health per second).

"Gain 3648 Stamina and 3756 Health when your pets attack an enemy you have also attacked recently. Can occur once per 5 seconds." Better  Still not stunningly amazing with values tripled (736.8 stamina and 751.2 health gained per second) but a bit useful.

"Gain 1216 Stamina and 1252 Health when your pets attack an enemy you have also attacked recently." With two pets and an average of one pet attack per second, very nice  (2432 stamina and 2504 health per second). You still have to slot pets and hit the targets with AoE to get the bonus, so it isn't a given. And as a stam character if your pets keep dying it gets expensive to resummon them over and over.
