Trading/Request Interaction on forums

Making this post as I find it absurd how we the players cannot receive in game help in crafting unless we find each other in game.
Many games allow trades to take place or help making certain items that you lack the skill for on their forums; heck they even make a dedicated location(s) where that kind of thing can be discussed.
I requested some help with medium 9 trait shoulders since I lack the particular research but nope a ZoS moderator was like "nope rules say you can't ask for help on forums, you must waddle around clucking like a mindless confused chicken".
So TL;DR in bold@ZOS_Ginabruno as our representative could you pass this on to the development team or whoever is in charge of website management to allow players to trade or be able to request help because as it stands now I will forever have an incomplete set of Morkuldin unless I A. Magically summon someone to make it or B. Research myself which would take around 40 days from where I'm currently at.

And it's really hard to be sympathetic toward someone wanting such high end gear....I save my sympathies for newbiesTenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis0 -

✭✭✭✭✭...how come you don't look for a crafting guild or ask in zone? Even on console can't you ask using voice that you're looking for a 9 trait crafter? You agree to meet them at the crafting location, trade the items to them to avoid a mail scam, then voila you have your items

✭✭✭✭✭That sucks, I'm sorry, you should also go look for sets in guild stores I know here on the PC people will often make sets like Twice Born Star or Hundings and sell the whole set, if you see a user selling a crafted set, and it isn't your level or style trait or weight, try mailing them, offering to provide mats and a tip for them to make you some Grand Master Crafter, Beta baby who grew with the game. If players like myself were able to trade and request help on forums a vast amount of players would or could reach out while you're searching.
