Sometime in a recent update it became IMPOSSIBLE (TM) to get back to any program under the game screen (Windowed (FULLSCREEN) mode), without changing to regular Windowed and Minimizing the game!!! Yes, even in Windowed mode the ESO screen is apparently flagged ALWAYS ON TOP, and you must move it offscreen or minimize it to use another program window behind it.
What's going on here? The whole idea of Windowed (FULLSCREEN) is so that we can get to other programs in the middle of playing WITHOUT having to deal with window borders stealing screen real estate. I just reinstated my subscription after a short hiatus, and find I'm stuck in the game unless I want to play on the window mode carousel.
Please fix.
