My Veteran 15 Sorcerer Wont Load...(Xbox One)

Hey guys and gals,
I was wondering if yall could help?
Basically When I try to log into my account everything is all fine until I choose to load my Veteran 15 Character, my character has an invisible face and is naked from the waist to the bottom lol. As soon as I load him up my Xbox One crashes and returns me to the dashboard..
Help? Please!?

I know they were having trouble with people trying to load their characters into Stonefalls, for example, from the loading screen.N64 NA EP0 -

Good thought. It does make sense that it would be by location rather than character.

Yea I know Wrothgar is very busy and I get dashboarded all the time from there. Never had trouble loading into though. Im on NA.
All I can think is just keep trying every 30 mins or so!N64 NA EP0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Because ZOS hasn't responded I would first open a ticket.
*Next time I would be sure to post this in their Xbox Technical Help forum instead of General.
Regarding the Xbox One....Lets go over a few things.
-Are you having issues with any other games or the dashboard?
This could be 100% a ZOS issue so I really would be sure to open a ticket ASAP. And be prepared to respond a few times but include the photo.
-What model of Xbox One (color, HD size)?
-External or Internal HD?
