Hello folks,
since around 3 1/2 months I am waiting for ZOS to actually help me with a game breaking bug I am struggling with (personally for me, it is a game breaking bug since I don't really feel like playing this game anymore until this bug gets fixed). After like 2 months waiting for an useful answer from the customer support I finally got an answer that the development knows about this bug and they are working on it. But to be honest...it just sounded like they wrote it so I won't 'bother' them anymore. And see....still not fixed and the customer support is ignoring me. I tried to be polite, but that didn't work either. It's just really annoying paying for a game and get the feeling that they don't 'care ' about your gaming experience at all...
So my question to you guys:
What can I do? Still try to mail the customer support? Or should I wait hoping that they will not forget about the bug?
Or should I just forget about this char with the bug, reroll (with all the damn effort i put into this char)and hope that the bug will not occur on the next one? Because ZOS seems to not fix it...

In short: I can not unlock dawnbreaker but I want flawless dawnbreaker for my stamina nightblade. I don't want to play without it.
