revamp ideas for the achievement system and research system (and mount-feeding) to encourage alts

i wanted to start a new main character for a while now, but im discourged from doing so since stuff i've worked ALOT for (aka mount-feeding, tons of achievements and trait research) are locked on one char and arent account-wide, thus making me stay with a character i like less and enjoying the game less than i could.

i've thought about an idea that could make achievement account-wide without removing the "yay! achievement!" feeling from new characters, the idea includes these changes:
1. make achievements account-wide (obviously)
2. introduce "achievement stacking", aka you can earn the same achievements over and over again endlessly, but you'll only gain achievement points for the first time you gain the achievement (you would be able to see how many time you earned each achievement)
3. to not get spammed with achievements like superior ransacker and the like you'll only get notified for earning an achievement at the first time you got at on the character you're on

and my ideas for the "trait research account-wide" change are:
1. make trait research account-wide (obviously)
2A. about the research-speed: remove the research-speed part from the passives (thus reducing the ranks of this passive from each skill line from 4 to 3) and make the speed the fastest from the start.
2B. the passive will now determine how many research slots you have access to you on the character you're on at the moment. these slots will be numbered and you'll have access to slots 1, 2 and 3 only if you've upgraded the passive enough to access each one.

and the mount-feeding idea isnt complicated at all, just make it account-wide

I quite like hearing the kerching when I get a new achievement on a new alt though.
Its nice to get constant reminders that you actually have progressed in the game.
Its like lots of drama instead of lots of bling.
Especially when you stack achievements so they all hit you at once

The only thing stopping you from playing an Alt is YOU, not the game. Not every character needs to be a master crafter, if you want them to be, then invest the time. You're not really revamping anything but just making everything account wide, which I doubt will happen.

No thanks to account-wide, my characters are individuals and I want what they do to be specific to them.
Babeester Gor is the Axe Goddess, the Implacable Anger, the Avenging Daughter and the Earth Guardian.
    Vriddi gra-Yildnarz, Dragonknight and Smith
    Myrvanwe, Sorcerer and Enchanter
    Tsajirra, Nightblade and Clothier
    Vilvyni Indarys, Dragonknight and Woodworker
    Arielle Alouette, Templar and Provisioner
Fishes in Troubled Waters, Nightblade and Alchemist
Shanika Some Long Title I'd Change If I Could, Templar and Aspirant Jeweller
Pippi Longhorn, Nightblade, Ne'er-do-well, and "Tribute" character
    EU PC.

Some achievements are account-wide, provided they relate to things that are account-wide. The dyes you get from an achievement are account-wide. So you have to re-earn a title... What the problem is?

    How about... no?
Want something on an alt? Work for is on that alt!

You don't really need research on every character unles you want and enjoy it, one crafting alt doing the gear crafting/research and another for the consumables can cover all your enchanting needs.
In fact, account-wide ressearch would be a can of worms - since that would have to come with also account-wide research, otherwise people could start eight "first trait" researches on eight alts, and thus get a item fully researched in a day... and account wide research would be annoying with characters of different crafting/research skill...

As for achievements, their only real purpose at this moment is unlocking dyes, and those are already account wide. No sense in making the achievements account wide as well, especially since they are often useful to see which character has done what already, and what is still left to do (skyshard-hunting for example)

Riding training as well I see no reason for becoming acount-wide. Maybe letting it stack like enlightment, so people who cannot play daily but instead play more on weekends can also get a "one riding lession per day" advancement... and I say that as soneome with eight characters, five of which are still plodding along with their riding lessions...

Also, its not that good a thing to have everything acocunt wide, as it means people won't have anything to work towards on their alts, and thus will spend more time complaining about "lack of content" then playing the darn game...

ESO already gives -more- account wide stuff then ANY other game I played so far with the champion system, more to come when its final phase will replace veteran ranks altogether.
Asking for yet more is kinda greedy...

Eso gives: Cosmetics and Champ points
Wow gives: mounts that actually do different things, battle pets, gear (herloom), achievments (and all rewards, although titles are locked untill a specific level)

Eso does not give the most acc wide. Also they already gives pure power to all alts why not give the mount speed and force people to spend an aditional 6 months just to get a good mount when you decide to make an alt
