Allow Ultimates and Magicka-based abilities to benefit from the damage boost by being Hidden

Ultimates are not magicka based, they scale off the highest stats.

✭Yeah, I agree. Magicka detonation should totally get a damage boost and stun all targets if used from stealth. -
ostrapz✭✭✭Stealth boost for magicka, acceptable. Im sure 20k frags will make some sorcs go stealth for opener, proxy det will hurt, bad. Ultimate is out of the question, way too much. And yes ultimates are "magic damage"Xbox 1 NA

✭One thing that puzzles me with this diversity or difference tho. Imagine when The Dark Brotherhood DLC comes out. Magicka builds wont be able to complete these assassination quests without getting a huge bounty.
Bet there be daily hitman quests to on top of the main quest line. But only stam can oneshot NPC's. How are they going to sort that out, without magicka build enraging over bounty?
Same time, they really cant give traditional spells a sneak bonus. It goes against TES tradition and lore so brutally, even more players would enrage of they changed that.
