skyshard achievement location

Where has the skyshard achievement gone to? Did they remove it? It's been awhile since I was skyshard hunting but know I can't find the listing of the different shards in each location.

    As of the Orsinium DLC the list of Skyshard Achievements for every area except DLC areas is now in the Character section.
