New Years Party Concept

Wouldn't it be awesome of players all gathered in their faction's capitol to celebrate new years? Here's a few ideas:

Destruction Staff wielders can throw Light and Heavy Attacks into the sky, thus generating fireworks!
Necrotic Orb users can launch them all around, thus creating party balloons!
Fire Rune users can place runes on various spots to decorate the area, Mage's Guild style!
Rapid Maneuver users can use this skill to give people "streamers" (If you use Jumping Jacks with this active it looks like angel wings )

There are all sorts of ways to use skills and make things look festive. All we need are the people! So who's interested in hosting a party on their particular platform/server in their particular capitol (Elden Root [outside of course lol], Mournhold, and Wayrest) on New Year's Eve? I will gladly join the festivities if this happens

Yes that would be nice.
I know ZOS have been thinking about making in-game holiday events in the future. Not irl events, but using Elder Scrolls lore for festivals and such. Earliest we could see such an update is 3rd Quarter next year.
Maybe then we wont have to pretend haha.

What about time zones?

I'd say the best way to get around that is set the best time for NA and the best time for EU. For example, 9PM EST on the 31st for NA?

Well Rift did Fireworks and Santa Claus, Christmas Tree and Gifts. After Halloween Ive no reason to believe Zen does this any different than all the rest companies. Real Time Holidays are becoming as standard as Pets and Housing.
