Weird werewolf glitched that happened to me says i'm only able to use werewolf abilitys in human

this happened to me it wasn't letting me switch powers of weapon kept saying only able to use werewolf abilitys so i put a few on my bar and it let me use them fix this happened twice to day have to logout to fix it [PS4] BTW
