DragonKnight Eruption bugged or meant to be?

Hey, so I have encountered a problem where my dragonknight eruption skills is doing 4005 Physical Damage every 0 second. It used to say something like 405 Flame Damage every 0.5 second, but now it is different. Is this ability bugged?

jonathansharpe2001Soul Shriven810 dps @ 18 secs is a lot more damage than the glitch. That isn't including entropy proc/spell power potion, or molag kena procs.0
