What the hell is happening since patch??

I have bought Orsinium today. I was trying to enter Orsinium and when the loading screen appeared the game showed this error. Now, everytime I try to log in character, after 1 minute more or less the same error appears.

I have TRIED eberything. Repair, reinstall, delete addnos, change settings, deleting usersettings, firewall thing, tested the ports...

PLEASE ZOS HELP. This is MADNESS.

I can't even log to Orsinium!! I havent seen it yet! And I bought it this morning!

NOw I see there are tons of problems regarding this error.

PLEASE ZOS SAY SOMETHING OR JUST REFUND MY MONEY.

This is BY FAR the WORST customer service ever.

    This issue is also occurring using the help option for customer service. I have tried to report an issue regarding the Mercenary Boots motif showing as being able to use when my character already knows it. This would have been very aggravating if I had been attempting to purchase it from a guild store and did not know that I already had it. After 10 attempts, I thought I would see if there were any similar issues on the forum here, and here it is. Thank you for your post, I hope that you don't mind I added this onto it! :)

    Dont worry. Add what you need. This situation is absolutely nasty.

    Maybe in one of the 50 tries, the character logs in. You try to enter anoter zone (ainly Wrothgar, wich I havent seen yet due to this) and booom....again: An error has occured...wait a few minutes and try again


    WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSED TO DO?????? I HAVE TRIED ALL THE COPY PASTE BY ZOS BOTS!! I have called my ISP, they have testeds the ports and EVERYTHING. ALL THE OTHER ONLINE GAMES WORKS.


    WHAT IS THIS ABSOLUTELY NASTY SITUATION?

    They keep thelling me to do the same things over and over again!!

    You know the reinstall game, repair, avast exceptions, open ports...call your ISP (OMFG...My ISP technician was HERE at my home and told me everything is ok). How is that I CAN PLAY OTHER ONLINE GAMES PERFECTLY AND NOT THIS¿??

    The problem happens to me JUST with ONE of my characters, with the other I can login...and they keep telling me see your ISP...If it was my ISP I wouldnt be able to log with the other CHAR!!!

    I'm like this since thursday when I bought Orsinium.

    Let me ask you something.

    Are you making new tickets every time or replying to one existing one?
    Making new tickets sets you back to step 1, which is the basic stuff you're posting usually.

    Just a thought.

    Another day. All is the same. Customer support told me they were going to send my issue to an special team. Maybe it was just to laugh at my dispair.

    No answer since then. I spent hours trying to log.I log maybe 1 time every 50 tries and i can pass hours in the same area. If I try to change area,enter a delve,dungeon...the game disconnects me and then I cant log character for maybe 5 or 6 hours...if I log again,the same loop happens again.

    Its depressing.

    Well. Since last server restart, the issue seemed solved for me. But it lasted just until yesterday. Yesterdaym, the same error started to appear. Now I can login character but can't move from the same zone, in this case Wrothgar. I'm doing quests there and all is ok. But while trying to enter caves, sometimes it shows to me the same error: "An error has occured...wait a few minutes and try again". Sometimes I can enter the delves. I can't move, nor via wayshrine, nor travelling paying, nor porting to other player. It shows the same error again: "An error has occured...wait a few minutes and try again".

    I have been able to travel to group dungeons (alone), but then I can't exit from there. Suddenly the game ported me to Wrothgar again.

    I have tried absolutely everything. Its clearly a ZOS server issue, because i was able to change zones without problem when server restarted on friday.

    Meanwhile, ZOS customer support keeps telling me to do the same, etc, etc...I feel like the ball in a tennis match.

    This is being quite incredible, tbh.

    This is truly amazing. I have redownloaded the whole game and the problem still the same.

    The same 4 people from ZOS support keep telling me to do the sane in loops. Even responding to their same previous answers being the same.

    The same error continues. The 2 o 3 people that still working on CS keep telling me the same.

    I have even changed my ISP...The same error appears while trying to change zone or enter a delve. No addons, new reinstalled game...

    What an absolute mistake I made by returning and buying Orsinium.

    The disconnects seem to happen much more frequently now, especially in Cyrodiil and Wrothgar.

    Do you remove your ESO folders from documents before reinstalling the game ?
    ESO will replace missing files and folders but I dont think it will overwrite the user folder.
    If you have a corrupted or bad file in documents you might never get it working.

    Anyway, just trying to help.

    ZOS added the player blackout/lockdown code and changed user variables.

    Yes Ive tried that 3 times. Even my isp is doing pings and tracerts to ESO EU server ip and there are no lost packets and the medium ping is 60 something ms.

    Its a mistake by zos. And this is embarassing. There are so many people like this.
