Sorc w/ dual wield - best weapon enchant?

What is the best enchant that I can put on a couple of weapons as a sorcerer? I know the enchants won't proc unless I use the weapons though, so does it even matter what I enchant them with?

But you need to choose 2 different ones, or the 2nd one will be bound to the first enchants cooldown and will not proc.
I use fire on one sword and shock on the other. Both enchants proc elemental drain and I figured, this could be usefull sometimes. Never really used it so far though.

You can take anything really, you only hold the swords because swords are better for magic than staves (because it makes so much sense)
