Cadwell's silver glitched?

Just curious if it's glitched. My wife has finished silver, i double checked to make sure and sure enough all objectives are complete. But is not telling her to go back to Cadwell. I personally finished gold and haven't ran into this problem before so I'm kina befuddled. I don't even know what to tell her to do.

I haven't had that problem, sounds like you should e-mail customer service.

I had this problem back in 1.5. I had completed every objective in Silver yet when I went to Cadwell he was all "Jolly good, keep on adventuring!" and wouldn't let me hand the quest in.

I put in a ticket about it and it eventually got raised to the "Really Hard To Deal With" team and a GM had to meet me in-game to fix the problem. At the time the GM (Brad) said it was a really, really rare bug and that they were unsure what caused it but that it has happened a few times.

If she does have all Silver objectives completed under the Almanac and she can't hand the quest in, put in a support request and be firm about getting it fixed. I was originally fobbed off with a "We know of this bug and it will be fixed in some future patch" when the issue was literally gamebreaking. After a firm reply they raised the ticket and it got fixed. .

I think I also had a similar problem, and if I recall correctly, I just did some more quests in the are I could find, then it sent me to Cadwell.
