Having 2 max level vr16's along with some scattered low vet toons...I am trying to figure out what is worth my time I don't want to grind my characters up if only to have the update hit and I could've just waited it out playing my level cap characters.

Has any time table been set? Please let me know

    What it would seem is worth your time right now is CP and gear.

    Rich said that it would be around 160 CP to equip current VET 16 gear (not set in stone tho)

    Why dont they just update their Gear Upgrade System, like add Legendary +1, later Legendary +2 etc. Also I'd improve Gear Upgrade system for new players, so they could upgrade their gears for example, if guy is lvl 20, an item is lvl 4, player could upgrade that lvl 4 item to lvl 20.
