✭✭Leave it alone in my opinion. Buff Impulse back to what it used to be. We need to stop nerfing everything because it is effective and instead buff other skills so they are just as useful.PC/EU DC16 -

So it being able to hit 20 meters away or deal 10K plus damage after mitigation or able to spam it in a second even less due to animation cancellation is how the skill is intended? Now wonder PVP is a mess when ZOS lets skills like this into the game.
So he's a question why aren't all skills this OP? Like if WB is working as intended then it has set a very high stander on what all skill s should be like and as we clearly see only 3 or 4 skills are on the same level and the rest are on the shelf gather dust cause they do not live up to WB standers.
WB is broken and it needs fixed. So please pro-WB spammer stop trying to say it isn't broken when it is just like shield bash was at PC launch or Radiant Destruction was with the nirnhoned bug.3 -

This was a game designed without cooldowns FFS!!!! Because of this, every ability is a repetitive use ability! This was never a problem back when this game was about resource management and you couldn't get infinite resource builds with no trade-offs. But the Crapeon system ruined that delicate balance.
If ZOS made a new set with a 5pc bonus that reduced your stamina costs 25% or upped your regen 25% people would scream OP. But you can nearly have both of those things thanks to the crapeon system and suddenly people are ok with it.
But go ahead, nerf everything that people can spam until every ability in this game is destroyed or has a terrible cooldown on it that takes away all the fun.

Yep baddies get wrecked and I just stopped using it because good players just maneveur around it. It is a fun skill though. I say leave that one alone.
