Weekly rewards not being received again?

Hey all.

Just wondering if anyone got weekly vDSA rewards this week? The rewards for vMA came out (Maelstrom Shield, thanks ESO!) but not for weekly Trials.

Fourth week (AA, AA, SO, DSA) and no weekly rewards.
It's kind of an important part of PVE. Any ideas of when this gets fixed?

This is arguably the most frustrating problem for dedicated PvE players in this game. Not only is the content outdated and far too easy to complete, but we aren't even receiving rewards for doing it!!! I personally know more players than I can count that are beyond frustrated with this. We've all submitted tickets about this, and almost every single person I've talked to never even received an email about it from customer support, yet it was marked as "resolved" shortly thereafter.

I find this incredibly frustrating. Many of us are well beyond bored with Imperial Prison and White-Gold Tower; we've completed this content and it's achievements on the most challenging difficulty. Now what do we do? There are no new trials (unless you count Maelstrom Arena, which is forced solo content, and this is an MMO with players who want to do things together). So we have no choice but to continue to run the weekly trials, which are far too easy and quick to complete, and we are rewarded with absolutely nothing.

I must add to this post that I did receive my weekly rewards in the end. A yellow Sash of the Infallible Aether (Reinforced) and a yellow Master's Lightning Staff (precise). Excellent decon fodder.

Took ages though, about ten days I think all in?

I have also not received weekly rewards since Orsinium released (PC EU).

Yea, so [snip] annoyed with these constant bugs. Add VMA to the leaderboards, and they break every other [snip] weekly leaderboard. Has anyone seen the leaderboard? Its counting individual players instead of putting them on their perspective teams, so theres like 100 players from the same 8 teams.
The [snip] customer service team closed my tickets after I submitted screenshots, and my teams have been on the leaderboards forever. Only when I say [snip] do they sit up and pay attention, and try fix the matter. The customer service team only responded to a few guildmates tickets, and closed others.. I wish they would use that million dollars to buy a better server, or pay some people who actually know wtf they are doing.

Still seems to be no weekly reward. The last time I put in a ticket, I did get a gold master's decon fodder sent to me. My teammates, however, got either nothing or purple junk out of their support tickets.
But definitely no weekly reward again, thus far, today.
