Best Healing ability for stam DK 2H?

I find it hard to stay alive in dungeons and pvp, Can I get some insight on what is the best healing ability to use
if im a Stam DK 2H

Maybe best type of armor
and how to play in general with that build

Always keep rally up for HoT and extra damage... when you need a burst pop igneous shield and vigor.... prob solved

If you don't have vigor its time to go get it

Rally provides a decent burst heal. Pre-engage always cast this. When the 30s timer runs out this baby provides a nice 10k heal with 3.5k weapon damage. Also you can re cast this early at around 10-15 seconds for a decent 4-5k heal. Short of this the only other skill we have is vigor. This would be unlocked via pvp in the assault tree for alliance war. And like some have pointed out, igneous shields provides a major mending buff for a few seconds. That's a nice 40% bonus to healing received. In pve Dragons blood does work reasonably fine but imo it's weaker than vigor because you need to be at around 30% health for it to be effective in terms of its magicka cost especially if your a stam build.

Once you get vigor... does it level up like other skills when its on your bar? or do you have to be in cyrodil to get vigor up higher?

I never pvp... but i know i need a couple skills from those lines

Just not sure how it works

The skills, like any other skills, level up normally through experience.
