In Game Support / Ticket system not functioning

If you have recently submitted an in game support ticket and have not received a response, it may be because the in game support ticket system is not working. I submitted two support issues over the past 2 days, today I logged into the support web site and neither of my in game tickets were recorded. So I had to resubmit them via their website. You may want to use the web support rather than reporting thing in game.

    did you checked the EN-GB language choice in the support area as IG tickets are headed there regardless of the language chosen by you for your client.
    spelling and grammar errors are free to be abused

    Today, you must log into the support web page with your account. Once logged in, it shows your submitted tickets. Neither of the in game support issues I submitted in game were listed.

    A few days ago I submitted two tickets ingame, I got an automated email response basically saying they were too overloaded to respond and instead provided loads of useless links that had nothing to do with my specific questions.

    Ironically I then got two emails surveying me regarding the quality of the responses to my tickets. lol
