Zos about Races

ok so i have quick question for Zos and Bethesda. throughout the game we are introduced to the Maormer and intellegent goblins. so my question is will we see an expansion adding any new playable races?

They might do it someday, or they might not. I would assume they will, since "profit"... but we'll see.

Theoretically, they could add new races once they finish their plans to add race and class changes. I could understand them not adding new races beforehand because long-term veteran players wouldn't have any way to change to the new class without having to start a new character. So if they added new races and gave them uber passives, it would be unfair to make them 'new character only' options.

I have heard similar notions from some others over the time I been lurking and posting here... might be some would be willing to pay for playing as -customized- goblin instead of the generic shadowsilk gem version...

Personally I have been considering a skinny maormer character with green hair, a wide grin, makeup and a nasty sense of humor, named "Mistah J", but then I remembered that'd be a different universe...

On a more serious note, yeah, if they ever add new races, it would only be after they added a race change option, more profit that way when old hands could get the itch and "refit" some of their characters to give the new race a spin...

Personally I believe it will most likely come, in time.

Reachmen, Maormer, Goblins, maybe Imga, possibly some Akaviri races... I'll be happy as long as people stop lore-confused ramblings about resurrecting Dwemer and such...
