How come the stones received from kills (npcs) get nerfed to like 2-4 stones per kill?

100-1000: 2 Stones
1000-10000: 3 Stones
>10000: 4 Stones

I used to get like 10-20 stones from an elite (Daedroth) with only a x2 multiplier, or I was high?

I don't think there has been any change to the amount of TVs dropped from daedras, mainly because then the reduced cost of TVS items would be totally meaningless and pointless.

I haven't noticed a difference and I spent more time in IC than in Orsinium since its release 3+ weeks ago.

If you're in a group, team mates killing mobs along the Daedroth would've given you stones

And yeah, I think certain tougher enemies give extra stones (bosses, patrolling horrors, portals,...)

Nope, TV stone drop rate is still the same.

Things that affect the stones you get:

* Difficulty of the enemy. You get more from killing a Harvester than from killing a skeever.
* Number of participants. You get the full stone amount if and only if you are not grouped with anyone nearby and solo-kill with nobody else getting a hit in. The more people participating, the fewer stones you get. Your stone drop rate is halved the moment a second person is involved (for xp gain, the drop occurs only with the third player, but with stones, it starts with the second player).
* Multiplier.
