ps4 blue screen of death, this is driving me insane!

Since orsinium has dropped I've had multiple blue screens of death, the game just shuts randomly down like it did nearer release.
Normally this wouldn't bother me, but it's happening at very inconvenient times, I've had it happen twice in boss fights in vet msa, and it just happened again on the 6th boss fight
Honestly zos can we fix this please? It's extent disheartening to try at endgame content for hours to be booted on a run that I could have beaten it on.
