    Well done!

What gear setup were you using for this if you don't mind me asking?
    And 501 cp I'm assuming?

You don't have a source of Major brutality?

    That's a pretty interesting build.

Good video so far, some things easier for you and some things harder so far compared to my NB.

Does Dual wield have higher actual damage than a 2 hander?

Both DW and 2hand have 5% damage bonus but the DW opens up 2 set pieces (for 3 pc Nightmothers vs 2hand and only having 2pc Nightmothers)

Ahh I've seen that on a magicka sorc before, should have considered it for a Stam build. Makes sense.

Thanks. I'm debating on whether to try going without the 2 hander but I have a Maelstrom Precise Maul and a sharpened bow and am not sure if I could craft something to make it worth while. I do want to use Sword and Board on my Stamblade though so I'll probably go with 2 5 Pc sets and 1 2hand maelstrom weapon and 1 2pc sets for sword and board.

Question (I'm new to NB PvE DPS), is Dark shade better than the morph with 2 shades from a DPS perspective? Or is it just a PvP morph that does almost as well in PvE?

Dualwield has more damage and I can get more crit from it as every dagger gives me extra 5% weap crit.

Also I use potions to get crit and weap dmg buff yes.

About the Image morph, I think both give the dmg reduction debuff to enemy so it does not matter.

No, you have to search in your skill-window for skills that give major brutality.
    You can use the following:

    - Momentum (and morphs)-2Hander
    - Hidden Blade (and Morphs)-Dual Wield
    - Surge (and Morphs) (Sorcerer/Storm Calling)
    - Drain Power (and morphs) (Nightblade/Siphoning)
    - Potions

in vMA you cannot damage portals, but I mainly use those aoe skills because of siphoning attacks. I only have 1,2k stam rec but still the stamina you get from siphoning attacks is *** OP lol. I mean the more aoe on ground the more stamina I gain.

Kool thanks I was trying to figure out why I had more Magicka, it was the Magicka Flood Passive. I was looking at my stats when I was on a farming build, and because I slot Siphoning Attacks on the front I had over 10k.

I know but they get hit the second they spawn by multiple sources.
Your assumption about Siphoning Attacks is not entirely correct. It has an internal CD, so you cant get infinite procs just by stacking damage effects. Also Refreshing Path does not Proc Siphoning Attacks, only Twisting Path (other morph) does.

Oops...... Never thought about an internal Cool Down of Siphoning Attacks !

Question 1: Say I cast Twisting Path on a mob of 5 enemies. Is it then impossible to get on the same tick more than 1 proc?

Question 2: Do you perhaps know how long this internal Cool Down is? (If I have Twisting Path up and do Sap Esence on the same enemies, and Twisting Path procs, can I get an additional proc from Sap Essence? Or does it only increase the chance on a proc in case Twisting Path did not proc?)

Never seen a multi proc of Siphining Attacks like it happens with Camo Hunter openings for example. I never tested explicitly but I think it's unlikely.

Pretty sure the CD it's once a second.

If you stack multiple damage effects, you increase the chance to proc it, but it still procs once per sec at best.

    @Alcast

I'm curious about this. I'm using a 5 Hunt Leader / 5 Hundings / Maelstrom Weapons build that I put together on my NB but I'm having difficulty deciding which abilities to use since my experience with NB is limited to PvP only.

I'd like to decide on the abilities so I can commit them to memory. Dropping in a random bar I have no experience with then going into vMSA has not been pleasant as it is going to take some time before I'm proficient with the build. Changing this up constantly will only prolong the pain.

Hunt Leader is actually pretty amazing on the resource returns since I always keep shades up and the heals crit for ~5K all the time.

If you had to choose between Refreshing/Twisting Path or Caltrops as a Stamblade what would you prefer?

Would you use dual Maelstrom Daggers(have Precise/Sharpened atm) and if so would you bother with Flurry?

Ye changing stuff all the time before you get used to is kind of annoying and will prolly result in plenty of deaths.
Interesting with the hunt set that it works with shades hahahah. Well if it works for you then its good hehe.
I would always use caltrops if i had the choice, its nice extra damage.

On NB I would ALWAYS use surprise attack, my SA crits for a stupid 21k sometimes its ridiculous, also it gives you Major Fracture.

@dwemer_paleologist I completed it on my stam sorc with less than 360 CP, so your argument seems kinda invalid ( unless you want the hardest endgame content in the game to be balanced around the weakest builds in the game).
