    True. But what if they also reduce prices of all ultimates to lets say 70% on the same time.

    The clear advantage would be - you can't be jumed and see yourself eating an ultimate right away, whoever jumps you has to build it first.

    I'm still not sure if it's good idea or not, that's why I want to hear more opinions.

    Oh god no, there was an early bug that was something like this. Can't remember exactly what it was but you lost ultimate for no reason. It was super annoying even when ultimate was easier to come by. Would be even worse in the current game.

    Was something like if you are out of combat for 5 minutes ult is gone or so. Good that's gone, too.
    Combat mode is so artificial, if anything, it should then work so that you lose all accumulated ultimate when you didn't receive any more for a certain amount of time. But honestly, I see no reason whatsoever for that.
    Also, I'd like to be able to change my Overload bar.

    This actually used to be a "feature" in this game that drove me CRAZY. Nobody should ever be pressured into using their strongest skill for fear of losing it.

    Overload is the biggest reason for no.

    Second is the poor DKs (whom I truly feel for)

    Third no is for PvE, comin up on some bosses with no ult leads to less strategy.

    I dunno I've never saw a problem in ults. Sure we could do dynamic ult gain still just not as important

    Hm, I killed quite a few people who though that dropping a meteor out of the blue is a nice idea. ^^

    No, don't do that with Ultimate.

    If, on the other hand, you wanted to make some sort of class specific resource that would be cool. Starts at 0, generated by using certain abilities, capped at a certain amount, consumed using certain other abilities, slowly decays out of combat.

    Example:
    Lava Whip generates 5 Flame Power
    Fiery Breath consumes 30 Flame Power, increasing damage by 10%

    You could have a lot of interesting interplay between abilities like that.
    Really we do it without like, the musical instruments. This is the only musical: the mouth. And hopefully the brain attached to the mouth. Right? The brain, more important than the mouth, is the brain. The brain is much more important.

    I remember having to "cheese" ultimate with Murder Thumbs by killing wolves between keeps back in the day because you'd often arrive with 0 ult if you didn't. It was terrible.

    I think ultimate is fine as it is right now. I'm not sold on the whole dynamic ult gen either.

    I agree. I can imagine situations where this could become quite ridiculous.

    it was horrible idea to have the ultimate removed and gone 5 minutes after battle.
    i hated it and so did many other people.
