so no matter what I submit a ticket about I get the same auto response telling me that to fix npcs I can re log or instance cycle by logging off for 5 min or some crap it says its due to a high demand from console launch ok that was like 4 months ago now this is getting annoying every time I message them I get the auto and have to respond with that has nothing to do with what I sent you to get a real representative to email me back. so either your game is so screwed up your getting flooded with tickets and need to raise your costumer service team number or you just don't care enough to read the tickets unless we care enough email you back??
