anyone else tired of the customer service auto response on console??

so no matter what I submit a ticket about I get the same auto response telling me that to fix npcs I can re log or instance cycle by logging off for 5 min or some crap it says its due to a high demand from console launch ok that was like 4 months ago now this is getting annoying every time I message them I get the auto and have to respond with that has nothing to do with what I sent you to get a real representative to email me back. so either your game is so screwed up your getting flooded with tickets and need to raise your costumer service team number or you just don't care enough to read the tickets unless we care enough email you back??

    Just keep responding to it eventually you get a person. Honestly most mmos ive played work that way for some reason. You have to just keep responding over and over. I'll keep a support ticket live until they physically close it lol

    ye had the same problem about a bugged respawn of quest mobs. the responce was try to relog? what? this is about wrong spawn locations has nothing to do with my character. then they asked me to fill in a survey not that smart

    Yeah i agree. I mean the people are there getting paid regardless they could at least respond to us and try to solve our issues.

    exactly either they have so many problems there getting over worked 24/7 or they just sit back till we take the effort
