Can I reach Level 26 in Stormhaven?

I've resumed playing my first character, a Redguard Dragonknight, and have reached Stormhaven. But I'm more anxious to finally reach level 26 so he can don orihalcic armor. When I played my Nord character in the Ebonheart territory it took me nearly four zones to achieve that. Can Stormhaven's quests advance my character from 17 to 26? I've already been certified to work as a blacksmith but that alone won't get me there.

What level are the mobs in the zone? If you level your crafting as you go you'll always be able to craft above your level, it just gains XP much faster. If you're comfortable taking on mobs above your level, I find theres really good XP from doing quests that are 3 or so levels higher than you and show as Orange in the quest log. This will be harder, but will also get you to learn your char much better
I have departed into the great unknown that is outside the game and the forums, and wish you well in your Tamriel adventures!

I traveled straight to Wayrest after entering Stormhaven, and I noticed lots of foes above my level. So far the difficulty level is spread with the assumption I'd fight my way to Wayrest and level up from there. But I want to forage for materials without the fear of attack so it's rather annoying. I can't even bother looking for the Skyshards because it's more densely populated than Glenumbra and Shadowfen. (Okay, not as dense as Shadowfen, but still annoying.)

For me it's been a while, but I do remember that some of my characters were level 27 or 28 when they entered the 3rd zone. This means, yes, you can reach level 26 for sure :)

    Sure you can.
If you really want to spend the extra effort.
On average, you get to level 8 from the starter islands, level 16 at the end of the first region, level 24 at the second region, level 32 at the third, level 39 at the fouth, level 45 at the fifth and then coldharbour to 50. That's just doing all the questing, no extra effort. Meaning with a bit more effort, you get a bit further - up to you how much time you want to spend wherever.

BtW, if you really want some quick extra levels without grinding in a region where you already did everything, there's always cyrodil... or undaunted pledges... or public dungeons... etc.

I was level 18 when I finished Glenumbra, and around 28 or 29 when I finished Stormhaven. So if you're cool with doing every quest you come across, you shouldn't need to worry about picking up the levels.
