Actually, depending on when you saw that and the price for Rubedo Leather at the time, but factoring in it has been around 500g /piece and it takes about 150 pieces of leather to make 1 Jack, then 60k is about right for the price, considering the materials, if sold separately at 500g would come to 75k gold not including the costs for the epic tempers.
It's still sad to see a regular crafted item at that price.

Most over priced items I have found is ANY recipe or Motif Fragment that sells for more than 25k gold.
Why?
Because at that price, it is far, far, far cheaper in time and labour to just buy the motif in the Crown store for 5,000 Crowns considering the price Gold sellers are advertising for, in terms of perspective from in game gold value to real life monetary value.Far too many characters to list any more.2 -
