Sorcerer Healer for all PVE content doable?

Can a sorc heal all PVE content?

If so, can anyone help me with the build?

Yes, you can heal all pve content on a sorc, but your group mates need to be more carefull about their movement in some fights compared to a templar healer. Additionally stamina management will be harder for them if no Templar is in the group.

An exact build is difficult, as I change the skills I use as healer depending on my group (nbs don't need combat prayer / ele drain, stamina dps don't need ele drain /mystic orb, sorcs and dks don't need orbs) and the enemies I'm fighting.
But a base setup would be something like this.

If you going be a solo healer, use dark conversion, harden ward, healing ward, mage light, and spirit siphon.
You won't be a effective as group healer since sorcerer don't have any good group abilities

Yes, if you have self-sustainable tank and magicka-based dds.
Because many stamina dds and some tanks would ask you for spear shards and repentance, that are only available for templars. But you can support, heal and buff mages just fine, though it will require decent group coordination.
Also, spell power cure set is awesome if you're using HoTs. Your dds will love you if you start using it.
