Large Ping Spikes in all areas since Loading Screen Fix

With the patch including the load screen fix, I now get frequent lag spikes of 1000-9000 ms (you read that right) and I get booted to the log in screen shortly after. It doesn't matter whether I am in cyrodiil or the emptiness that is cadwell's silver at 2am, it happens everywhere.

To describe the occurrences a little more, I log in and by the time I kill about 2-3 mobs I get a lag spike and then it doesn't matter what I do, I am stuck in this weird stasis where I just have to take damage until I die. About 1-2 minutes later I crash to the log in screen, and if I don't kill any mobs the lag spike and crash only gets delayed by a few minutes.

I did a lot of different tests to make sure it was my computer or internet. I first changed my connection from wired to wifi to make sure it wasn't a cable malfunction. Then I used my cellphone as a hotspot to make sure it just wasn't my internet in general. I played without addons (ew), and I played other online multiplayer games to make sure it wasn't something with my hardware. Unfortunately none of these tests avoided or delayed the lag spikes.

Just wanted to bring this issue to light, and if anyone knows a fix to this I would appreciate it.

Normally that ping difference is accounted for via the loading screen as the hdd load takes precedence over the network load. So things to increase local storage access speeds will be your friend.
