I'm starting to notice my liking for this game tarnish over time due to the negativity of topics and feedback on this forum. I have been away on leave for over a month and am reading discussions on here to stay informed. Is there anything the devs got right or that people really like...?!

The balance of the game is definitely skewed in a lot of ways....
but i honestly bought this game for the "elder scrolls" title. Not because it was an mmo or for pvp.
The main story and basic game play is absolutely fun. Don't be discouraged to not play. Just take your time and enjoy the little things
The problems start coming up at end-game material. Dungeons, pvp, gear grind, class imbalance.CP690

Take the winy witch hunting comments with a grain of salt. The few that are well thought out and explain an issue without the entitled attitude are worth reading and contributing to.
Shrug off the ones that cause negative feelings and just play. Judge the game by your own experiences.

That's def a concern. I have a v16 nb trying to get endgame gear. Im also working on a couple of other toons when I get bored of the grind. I've read the patch notes and seen a lot of bug discussion. I hope it's still worth playing.

- orsinium dlc is awesome
- they are trying to fix the long loading screens
- new group finder tool

Dear✭✭✭I AM HAVING FUN.
Reasons I am having fun:- Elder Scrolls universe expanded and multiplayer. Mindblowing!
- The quests are great, though often sad enough to make me cry.
- The nonplayer characters are interesting and I care about them.
- I love reading the lore and other stories found on bookshelves.
- The scenery is beautiful (even if there are far too many wolves).
- You can dye your armor! You can wear disguises or costumes!
- You can ride around on pretty ponies and collect tons of pets!
- Players are kind and helpful and fun to chat or play along with!
- The crafting system is really interesting, and fun to participate.
- It's nice to see what you have accomplished via achievements.
- There are lots of playstyles that don't really limit your choices.
- The settings and gameplay interface are really well designed.
- And I will likely only find more reasons to love ESO as I play!

✭90% of the players who love the game don't post on the forums. Half of the remaining 10% also love the game but want to influence it's direction, the other half of the forums are just idiots!
