Where do I activate this quest? Been everywhere and it just doesn't pop up....

    I've been at the mine several times wandered around but yet no quest popped up.

    Try the black arrow for Torvisa. She should come out of invisibility to give you the quest when you are close to her.

    Thank you mate. :) I will check it out later just found a random quest to finish the Tamriel Hero journey! :D Finally got it!
