I have 550 cp. and I noticed that I need +5k xp give or take for every next cp lvl. Right now from 550 to 551 I need 975k xp. I thought the 501 cp cap would need 400k xp. Lower cp lvl less xp, higher cp lvl more xp. So I have 49 cp more than the current cap. Which with simple math would result in 49x5=245k xp above the normal cp gain. Therefore I should need 400+245=645k xp for next lvl and not 974k that I need now. Where did this "leap" of xp happen? And is it normal in any way? Is it a bug maybe? Cause 1 million xp to gain a cp lvl only 50 lvls above the cap sure as hell doesn't seem correct. And i had 532 cp when this mechanic was introduced. Which means I got 18 cp from 17.5 million xp. Does this make sence to anyone? If this is a bug, its a damn costly one considering i should be gaining double the cp i got now even with the catch up mechanics in place. There is an unexplained enormous xp loss gab somewhere.
I need someone with intimate knowledge on the matter to reply on this one. (Zenimax employs do some math plz). This doesnt feel right. And it certainly doesn't "agree" with those diagrams you showed us in a previous ESO live show about this. It's like as soon as the mechanic was implemented, I got a +300k punishment xp need for any cp lvl forward.
