I just got my first piece of this last night and I was sitting there pondering the same question. If you could work the rotation of skills into your rotation to take advantage of the extra damage it would be fantastic I guess, but what would you have to sacrifice to make this happen?
Sorry for my bad english ^^ i thought this set add an elemental buff on each "normal" attack. im not sorc, just dk or templar so its nice just for fire buff ? it's not so nice coz rotation i think
For templars it's not usefull, as most of their damage is "magic" so it never recieves a buff.
For dks you would need to test if 448 additionall damage on your standart and your dots would make up for loosing spell damage on your whip 66% of the time, but I assume it'll not be worth it.
As this set cycles through the three elements, unless you have some awesome patience and rotation planned it's inferior to Julianos in pretty much every way. As getting the most elemental DPS generally comes from stacking one type of damage (Fire for DK, Shock for Sorc), having all three different elemental attacks running would be a downside to start with. Unless of course you count force pulse etc.
I have departed into the great unknown that is outside the game and the forums, and wish you well in your Tamriel adventures!
