I assume the mail icon is suggesting "you've got mail" - AOL
But the chat icon....Because we don't have text chat I'm not sure what this is suggesting. I don't have pending social notifications so I'm curious what it's suggesting.

In some groups I asked a few ppl and no one sees it
I think it may be a result of testing out the new Xbox one chat pad on the NXOE but that's highly unlikely it's text chat related.
