Trying to find up to date information

Been searching for past couple weeks on the viability of templar tanking and how a good build is set up. I'm at a loss, most info I find is from 2014. So I said *** it and leveled one anyway. Now vet1, imperial. I am having fun. I don't die at all doing quests, grinding, and such.... but I haven't done any dungeons yet. I'm getting close to the undaunted grind, so I figured I'd start looking for builds again. Can anyone please help me with anything they have learned such as gear and basic stats and what would be a bread and butter abilities. I don't want all details, just basic info. Using orgnum’s scale and whitestrakes. Radiant ward/channeled focus/biting jabs my bread and butter atm.

Any info would be appreciated.

I would like to help, but I think a summon of the legendary @blabafat might turn out to be more fruitful as I haven't touched my templar magicka tank since forever.
