Giving up on vMA

I went in with 600 soul gems, 600 tri pots, on my Stamina Nightblade. I wore one set of a tanking oriented armor, one set dps, and engine guardian. All gear was VR16 Legendary. With more than 3k weapon damage and armor and spell resists from over 23K scaling up to cap.

I spent 8 hours and can not get past round 4. As a stamina Nightblade even with vigor, rally, and all the buffs in the arena's, I cannot soak the sheer amount of damage being dealt. I consider myself above average for dealing with mechanics and I learned the fights, watched the guides, etc. 330 champion points isn't going to do it for me. I won't re-visit until I hit 501 but I don't see that 170 champion points making that much of a difference.

Congrats to those who have been able to complete on a Stamina Nightblade.

Hey, vMA as stamina class is very hard, I still guess about 95% of the leaderboards are magicka people. Anyway it is doable, maybe it helps you if you see my run I uploaded with a stamina NB. Otherwise just ask

I'm in the same boat as you. Stam nb. I've 366 champ points and I'm starting to think it's not worth doing until I reach the max.

The arena isn't designed for stam or melee so if you're also melee based you will struggle.

I'm a DW/2H build myself. I've watched the video and my strat's were very similar. I however, was getting hit about harder than you were in every fight.

You're capped on champion points aren't you? I'm guessing more points in damage reduction are the difference.

Yes, I have 501 CP activated. Most important ones for defense are Elemental Defender (70%) And Hard (30%).

What Skillsetup and Gear Setup do you use? How much Weap dmg/Stamina/Stam Rec do you have?
