    Going by the time it took to complete the last EU update I'm afraid I won't get a chance to complete beta testing before it goes out on console.

    I'm really sorry. Maybe I should return my beta test monkey :(

    No fix for the quest rewarder in Skalar's that would make you log out in order for her to NOT be behind a wall on the upper floor?

    There are at least 2 bugged NPCs in Skalar's, one erroneously spawns on the 2nd floor behind a wall and the other also spawns upstairs but can't be talked to (I get an "out of range" message when I try talking to her). Both issues are fixed by logging out and back in, but that's one more loading screen (hopefully better after this patch).

    Adjusted the cost scaling for Block and Sprint. These costs are equal to what they were before the Orsinium DLC for a VR16 character, and slightly cheaper for lower level characters.
