NA Scourge Ps4 Has Serious Spy Issues.

Currently, I am watching a character everyone knows belongs to the Aldmeri Dominion swim laps outside Bloodmayne with the Chim scroll. After discovering, ya know, Chim cannot go in just any keep, the player ChunkyDunkins ran off in an attempt to kill the group following him/her. The AD team on this server is well known for their spies, and making them veteran 16 to avoid players not inviting them. Earlier today, another spy placed a DC scroll right by AD. While seiging a fort, the same player Chunky was stealing people's weaponry, turning them around and firing. A week or so ago, another AD spy was alerting the enemy of our sneaking troops. Beyond the horrid spying, the team will also glitch/cheat the walls, repairing them even while we blast them with 7+ weapons. While I understand Zenimax is against adding much more content relating to this, there needs to be some way to defend against these glaring issues that we have no way to defend ourselves against.

1. You should not be able to repair a wall that just took damage. If they are able to do so then they are exploiting a bug. Reporting said bug may help, and providing video footage might help more.
2. Many people have asked for friendly fire at this point, myself included lol and would surely help with the spy issue, but the downside is it would also invite trolling...
3. Shaming and naming aside, if a player is a renowned spy then simply do what you can to make sure they cannot spy, even if it means being a spy yourself or using a character in a different faction to attack said spy, seeing as others will not (possibly).

That being said, one might say he is the "Scourge" of the Campaign

Almost the whole top of the leaderboard in this campaign for AD and EP, at least... Is complete rubbish. They farm xp off each other, alert each other to sneaking, and trade keeps and emperorship in rounds. They do all of this with an old school cliqueishness that would make high schoolers and the mafia proud. All new recruits on the campaign quickly get the message they are expected to "work within the system" or else they are berated and given a green light by the orange alliance for farming/emperorship control... When i first joined it was simply to escape Azura's and to kill reds... One of the first AD I met was farming the sewers in IC and said, "(snip) lets me farm tel var and reds down here as long as i don't ever hit anyone in (snip's) faction..." It only got worse from there. The highlight last night was defending Chalman's and killing two reds off their siege (after they had just crowned their AD friend emperor and were taking back the map)... They returned in a few minutes but this time a yellow was with them and he immediatly alerted them to my presence when i was stealthed behind their siege a second time. He stood and watched as the now 3 reds wasted me and then had the audacity to try to resurrect me... Geez.

About 20 people have turned this campaign into a complete joke. And as I understand it, ZOS wants to further encourage this type of play instead of doing anything to limit it?

Hey Im in the EP. I wasn't aware of this, but I can help you get some justice. Message me on psn and we will find the guys who pull this b.s. and get them ganked. You need to beat a bully senseless, its the only way to help him become a better person.

I'm on ps4 scourge as well. I did find it weird that yellows go uncontested in taking keeps

I don't always partner with blue, but when I do, I prefer to troll-murder dishonorable yellows and reds.

I have never partnered with anyone but yellow... I used to always operate with kill on sight.. But i couldn't imagine a nobler cause. Holidays have my gaming time on the fritz but i will message you via PSN later. Thx.

There are about 20-30 yellows who are the real deal... Honest and honorable gamers. The rest are either straight up traitors or the V16 alts of the EP members in the campaign. Two of the last three EP emperors had V16 toons on both factions. Both were playing their yellow toons last night when they crowned a yellow emp.. Then logged right back on red and took everything back... (with three of us fighting them and repairing keeps they left behind as yellows...) Jolly good fun.. i guess.

Games only been on console 5 months. Suprised it took this long with multifaction guilds. this is a game after all

Console players, you younglings. PC players have figured out how to avoid this stuff a long time ago. Hopefully, one day you will get it too.

Maybe they could add a filter where you can join a campaign but you must also select a second drop down to choose the alliance that you will be playing? That would eliminate being able to log in as an alt in a different alliance

Right now you aren't technically allowed but you can queue with a group and enter any campaign. ZOS is supposedly removing all restrictions in 2016.

Make 3 alts. name them Daggerfall_Spykiller / Dominion_Spykiller / Ebonheart_Spykiller. Inform everyone when you are switching over to said character, to allow easier access directly to the spy. Become well known so other people create spykillers (Ex: Daggerfall_SpykillerX22). uh... create a guild that holds all known Spykillers... then uh.. Profit.

That is a really awesome idea. Unfortunately for us you have displayed two clear ways PC eso is superior to console eso... It would be difficult to make the spykillers on console until two promised changes take place. 1. We aren't saddled with our network names and... 2. Text chat arrives. They are supposed to be in the works *soon* ... Thanks for the ideas..

I dunno about XBone, but on PS4, you just need to make a new profile, which requires just an email. You could just name to profile "Spykiller" and that's what will show up. (or if you want to be really through you could make 3 profiles) But yeah, lack of world chat is a bit annoying.
