Display glitch- invisible weapon.

I was playing in PS4 NA.
It happened when I draw my 2 H sword.
The sword is still on my back from appearance.
But my character is actually already drawn weapon.
It's just like holding invisible sword.
It has the fire visual effect of enchantment in the middle of air.
When I use wrecking blow it has a glowing shows I have +20% damage buff.
It's fun , but I don't know how to trigger again.
The glitch disappeared when I change area
