N1 endgame stats.

hey all, today i'd like to give some advices how to build a competitive endgame char. 3 easy things for win over the endgame ESO contents.enjoy.

1) it's really important to keep those stats here
34magicka and 30health. CARE not 35magicka or it's wipe 100% sure. 34magicka it's ok, it gives so much magicka, trust me.

2) it's a must have this dual wield weapons SKINS. yes SKINS. 1 daedric and 1 ancient elf(yes). doesn't rly affect your dps, but hey are cool skins.

3)Horse speed: 33% not more. and experience boost with at least 6mins. those 2 things helps much in pvp&pve.
